- Degree - Accounting with CRC
- ERP and DIGITAL mindset is a Plus
- Experience with logistics business is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Manage resources: Coordinate and manage resources to support business operations.
- Develop business plans: Create functional business plans that meet business objectives.
- Lead strategic direction: Lead the strategic direction of the finance shared services team.
- Design and implement solutions: Design, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions.
- Supervise staff: Supervise staff, including performance management and development.
- Monitor accounting close: Monitor the month end accounting close, including the production and review of accounting reports.
- Ensure accounting applications are maintained: Ensure accounting applications are properly maintained.
- Review accounting and systems support processes: Assist with defining and reviewing accounting and systems support processes.
- Drive continual improvement: Focus on providing improved capabilities that contribute to better business operations and outcomes.
