Asesor de Servicio al Cliente Telefónico

El asesor de servicio al cliente telefónico será el encargado de brindar atención cordial, clara y eficiente a los usuarios de una empresa de taxis en Estados Unidos, desde nuestro centro de operaciones en La Estrella, Antioquia.

Su función principal es responder llamadas entrantes, atender solicitudes de servicio, resolver inquietudes y ofrecer soluciones rápidas a los pasajeros y conductores, garantizando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Atender llamadas de clientes en español de manera profesional y empática.

  • Recibir y gestionar solicitudes de servicio de taxi en tiempo real.

  • Brindar información precisa sobre tiempos de espera, tarifas y vehículos asignados.

  • Apoyar a conductores en la resolución de incidencias durante los servicios.

  • Registrar y actualizar información en los sistemas internos de la empresa.

  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad, puntualidad y cordialidad definidos por la compañía.

Perfil requerido:

  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente telefónico o en contact center de al menos 6 meses.

  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, escucha activa y resolución de problemas.

  • Actitud proactiva, compromiso y orientación al servicio.
