Talkify
buscamos un(a) Asesor(a) de Servicio al Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Esta posición es clave para garantizar que cada cliente tenga una experiencia positiva y confiable.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de enviar mensajes de confirmación de pedidos, realizar trazabilidad de envíos, atender llamadas telefónicas y brindar soluciones rápidas y efectivas a los inconvenientes que puedan surgir.

Es un puesto dinámico, de fácil aprendizaje y con grandes oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la empresa.

Valoramos la actitud, la disposición y las ganas de aprender por encima de la experiencia previa.

Responsabilidades

  • Enviar mensajes de confirmación de pedidos a clientes.

  • Realizar seguimiento y trazabilidad de envíos.

  • Atender llamadas telefónicas y brindar soporte oportuno.

  • Solucionar inconvenientes relacionados con entregas y pedidos.

  • Garantizar una comunicación clara, empática y efectiva con cada cliente.

  • Mantener actualizados los registros en los sistemas internos.

Requisitos

  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

  • Actitud proactiva, empática y orientada a la solución de problemas.

  • Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.

  • Manejo básico de herramientas digitales.

  • Deseable experiencia en atención al cliente (no indispensable).
