Responsibilities / Tasks
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and/or requests.Manage customer purchase orders in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and novelties.Prepare offers based on customer needs.Record daily activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Record daily activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Interact with internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.Proactively follow up on open offers, orders, warranties, and support wit invoicing and backlog.Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline (electronic, mechanical, etc.)3 to 5 years of experience in after-sales or service departments.Proficiency in ERP systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Advanced knowledge of SAP.Have industrial refrigeration knowledge about the full refrigeration cycle.Experience in working with ammonia (CO2) and F-gasses.Sales of: Spare part, Service contracts (SLA’s), Field Service (preventive, corrective and predictive) and Retrofit projects.The Service Sales engineer must be able to advice customers what service must be done to the refrigeration installation.Required languages: English B2.Excellent communicator, written and verbal, able to work with individuals (internal and external) across a wide range of levels, functions, brands and cultures.Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.The ability to exert influence on his / her customers by conviction, persuasion and negotiation.Can implement delegated tasks effectively, whilst maintaining involvement and responsibility for outcomes.The ability to gain high levels of trust from customers and to predict customer and competitor actions.Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.
