What you will do
As a Service Engineer you will:
Travel to customer sites to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
Train customer operators and support production efficiency
Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team We believe you have
3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation rolesEducation in industrial systems, automation, or process engineeringStrong mechanical & electrical knowledge.
