* Misión del cargo: Garantizar soporte técnico nivel 1 ágil y bilingüe, asegurando accesos y servicio oportuno a colaboradores.
* Funciones del cargo: Importante empresa del sector tecnológico, solicita para su equipo de trabajo, personal con experiencia mínima de 12 meses para desempeñar el cargo de Service Desk Technician
Formación académica: tecnólogo/a, profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, ciencias de la computación o carreras afines.
Funciones específicas:
- Brindar soporte técnico inicial a los/as usuarios/as mediante teléfono, correo electrónico, MS Teams o sistema de tickets.
- Actuar como primer punto de contacto para temas de TI, respondiendo solicitudes dentro de los lineamientos de SLA.
- Identificar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas básicos de hardware y software, como restablecimiento de contraseñas, instalación de software y configuración de impresoras.
- Registrar todas las interacciones del servicio en el sistema de tickets de forma precisa y oportuna.
- Seguir procedimientos operativos estándar y guías de solución para resolver problemas comunes de TI de forma independiente.
Conocimientos:
- Nivel de inglés B1.
- Manejo de hardware, sistemas operativos (Windows 10/11), y aplicaciones empresariales (Office 365, Active Directory, SSO).
- Experiencia en sistemas ITSM como ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy.
- Enfoque al cliente, habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Capacidad de multitarea, gestión del tiempo y servicio en entornos tipo call center o mesa de ayuda.
Salario: $ 4.000.000 + una prima extralegal al año + prestaciones de ley.
Horarios: lunes a viernes 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
Lugar de trabajo: Medellín.
