The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring the smooth operation of the help desk.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks for the service desk team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Dispatch tasks and communicate clear instructions to senior technicians.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and follow-ups.

  • Monitor workflows, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Desk Manager and assist with day-to-day operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

    B2+ or C1
  • Proficient typing and administrative skills.

  • Confident and assertive communicator, with the ability to manage and direct senior technicians.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
