Responsabilidades

Como Service Delivery Manager (SDM) en Zemsania, serás responsable de:

  • Dirigir y coordinar la entrega de servicios tecnológicos a nuestros clientes, garantizando que se cumplan los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
  • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente y los equipos internos, facilitando una comunicación efectiva y oportuna.
