Chapman Management Group operates and markets a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties in the Washington, D.C. area.

We're building new, high-performing websites and a modern digital engine to scale lead generation and leasing performance.

What You'll Do

  • SEO (technical, on-page, local): Own SEO for CMG and property sites; define keyword strategies, metadata/IA, internal linking, schema, GBP optimization, and backlink initiatives; track rankings and organic conversions.

  • SEM Paid Media (Google & Meta): Plan, launch, and daily-optimize Google Search/Display/Local and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns; run Meta Lead Ads; lead creative/audience/bid testing; manage remarketing.

  • Analytics Ecosystem: Implement and maintain GA4, GTM, GSC, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Google Ads conversions; define UTM/source governance; ensure accurate attribution; build dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar).

  • Lead Capture & Outreach Support: Improve on-site forms/chat/click-to-call, validate routing to CRM/ILS/Entrata (ProspectPortal); partner with on-site teams on timely follow-ups; reduce drop-offs across the funnel.

  • Website Optimization (Tailwind): Collaborate in a Tailwind CSS codebase to ship landing pages and CRO tests; protect Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP); ensure accessibility and Fair Housing compliance.

  • Reporting & Rhythm: Deliver clear monthly/quarterly insights—traffic, leads, CPL, conversion by source—and run a test-and-learn roadmap.

What You'll Bring

  • Certified or highly skilled in key marketing tools and tech (Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Blueprint, Looker Studio, etc.).

  • 2–4 years hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (multi-location or real estate is a plus).

  • Strong attribution and troubleshooting skills (tags, pixels, events); UTM discipline.

  • Experience with lead-gen funnels (on-site forms + native lead ads) and CRM/lead routing.

  • (MUST HAVE) Ability to work with Tailwind CSS patterns (utility-first, responsive design) and translate CRO/SEO requirements into developer-ready tasks; solid QA instincts (semantics, accessibility, CWV).

  • Clear communicator, organized, data-driven, comfortable owning experiments and reporting outcomes.

  • Fluent English and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Entrata/ProspectPortal experience (or similar ILS/CRM)
  • Basic HTML/JS familiarity for GTM/analytics instrumentation
  • Experience with call tracking/DNI and phone conversion trackin
