We seek a mature, highly experienced Fullstack Engineer with extensive experience who thrives in complex environments—balancing strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

As a senior technical leader, you’ll drive every layer of our stack (.NET, Angular, AWS) and collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to deliver real business value.

Thoughtful communication and constructive negotiation are as critical as engineering prowess.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of our credit negotiation platform, advocating for modern, scalable, and secure solutions with .NET, Angular, and AWS.
  
  
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders—translating complex concepts, building consensus, and ensuring that solutions reflect both business objectives and technology best practices.
  
  
• Engage with peers, Product Owners, Designers, and QA daily—facilitating open dialogue, sharing feedback, and aligning technical decisions with business strategy.
  
  
• Negotiate and advocate for technical choices, balancing your expertise with input from product, design, business, and engineering teams to deliver the best outcomes.
  
  
• Mentor and inspire engineering colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and a highly communicative team environment where creative problem solving and diverse viewpoints thrive.
  
  
• Bring 15+ years of experience to bear—proactively surfacing risks, managing ambiguity, and guiding others through technical trade-offs and project challenges.
  
  
• Champion quality, security, and compliance, sharing your experience of safe development practices, agile delivery, and robust architectural principles.
  
  
• Stay business-focused: understand stakeholders’ goals and maintain ongoing communication so technical and business teams move forward together.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  
  
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience—with deep mastery of .NET, Angular (latest versions), and AWS.
  
  
• Strong skills in communicating and collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams—able to explain complex ideas and negotiate for technical decisions when needed.
  
  
• History of mentoring, leading, and enabling others to do their best work within a transparent, feedback-rich team culture.
  
  
• Outstanding command of written and spoken English—a must for clear collaboration, technical discussions, and documentation.
  
  
• Financial industry experience or any finance-related software background is a plus.
  
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and a drive for personal and organizational improvement.
  
  
• Proven experience working with SQL or DynamoDB databases.
  
  
• Experience with micro frontends in Angular is considered a strong plus.
  
  

Technical – Required (15+ years)

• Expert knowledge and actively working with Angular + Tailwind
• Expert knowledge and actively working with .NET/C# + LINQ + GraphQL
• Expert knowledge of AWS CloudFormation, ECS/Fargate, CloudFront, S3, RDS, Cognito

Technical – Desired

• Knowledge of MySQL or comparable RDBMS
• NX/micro-frontend/module federation architecture
• System design/architecture — ERDs, LLD, HLD, data flow diagrams
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Bamboo/CICD, Bitbucket/GIT, JIRA) or equivalent tools

• Good product/UI sense, rapid development/prototyping, influencing planning and decisioning, and shipping full-stack features/apps (UI/API/DB) to production
• Self-sufficient with strong communication; proactively contacts business partners/product leads for clarifications and uses existing documentation
