As a Senior UX Designer you will:
Define the vision for a product or service
Design and prototype elegant solutions for mobile and web applications
Partner with brand/marketing on product strategy and definition
Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas with design researchers, and refine designs with data and user feedback
Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications
Collaborate with brand/marketing to maintain consistency and coherence across the products
Manage your work, deliverables and priorities from concept to completion
Guide and direct UX design efforts with other team members based on company defined priorities and team bandwidth
Track, assess and offer recommendations to improve the bandwidth and capabilities of the UX design teamCreate wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
Conduct usability testing to validate design directions and inform opportunities for improvement
Research best practices in and around web applications to build features that meet the product vision along with address customer needs
Drive your design decisions with data — strategize and conduct meaningful user research, collect customer feedback, then synthesize and present your findings as design concepts
What exactly are we looking for:
Have at least 5 years experience designing digital solutions for customers and/or operators/businesses.
An excellent independent contributor who needs little supervision
Proficient in user-centered design methods, exploration, storytelling and detailed interaction design
Passionate for solving problems from big picture strategy to the tiny details
Empathetic and inquisitive.
You are Self-motivated, positive, open-minded, with a desire to collaborate and learn
Experienced in working on complex issues that require in-depth analysis of multiple factors
Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
An effective communicator who can articulate your ideas across all levels of the organization
Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI or similar field
