As a seasoned professional, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks from the ground up, driving QA best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute manual tests for comprehensive feature validation
- Build test automation frameworks from the ground up, maintain and enhance existing systems
- Write and execute regression testing plans and release strategies for product features
- Diagnose, document, and reproduce software bugs, including user-reported issues
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to align testing priorities
- Ensure implementation of QA processes, meeting Agile/Scrum delivery standards
- Author and maintain documentation for automated and manual test plans
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in black, white, and grey box testing methodologies
- Proficiency in validating and testing web applications; familiarity with UX-UI front-end functionalities and back-end database interactions
- Competency in working with ticket tracking tools like Jira and Agile/Scrum workflows
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2
- Qualifications in querying data from data warehouses to verify front-end values against back-end tables
- Familiarity with scripting and version control tools, including GitHub
- Background in reporting and mitigating software vulnerabilities
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the live events industry or experience in music/marketing technology
- Skills in Playwright advanced features for E2E testing across diverse platforms
- Understanding of usability testing methods to refine user experience
- Showcase of expertise in using JSON for API test validation scenarios
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced Agile environments and emerging technologies
