Como
Technical Support Senior
serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico y funcional a los clientes de Risk Center.

Este rol implica la atención y resolución de tickets, la capacitación de clientes, y la colaboración con diferentes áreas dentro de Evertec para asegurar la resolución efectiva de incidentes.

  • Atención de los tickets de acuerdo al SLA pactado con el cliente.

  • Responder consultas funcionales/técnicas sobre Risk Center.

  • Resolución de incidentes técnicos de Risk Center (análisis de logs, intentar reproducir el problema, diagnosticar causa, resolver o participar en el proceso de resolución).

  • Contacto directo con el cliente.

  • Contacto con diferentes áreas dentro de Evertec cuando sea necesario para la resolución de los incidentes.

  • Capacitaciones funcionales/técnicas al cliente.

  • Informes de estatus al supervisor.

  • Formar parte del equipo de guardia una vez cuentes con la debida capacitación.

Además,
puedes marcar la diferencia si cumples con
:

  • Formación en informática (UTU, ITEC, instituto técnico o universidad), en áreas de
    análisis, desarrollo o ingeniería en sistemas
    .

  • +2 años de experiencia en el rubro
    software
    , en roles de
    desarrollo y/o soporte a clientes
    (no soporte IT interno).

  • Conocimientos en
    bases de datos
    (Oracle/SQL Server: queries, procedimientos, triggers, funciones).

  • Manejo de
    .NET y/o Java
    .

  • Experiencia en
    Windows y Linux
    (instalación, monitoreo de performance, uso de comandos).

  • Experiencia con
    herramientas de gestión de errores
    (Jira, Mantis, DevOps).

  • Conocimiento de
    NewRelic
    (deseable).

  • Familiaridad con el
    negocio de medios de pago
    y experiencia en
    entidades financieras o proveedores de software
    .

  • Inglés: valorado como plus.
