We`re now expanding in Colombia and seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join us.

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across diverse domains.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.

  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and direct outreach.

  • Screen and evaluate technical talent for skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain a network of top technical professionals across various specializations.

  • Use data-driven recruitment strategies to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hire.

  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably for US,International clients.

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, AI,ML, and Cybersecurity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and talent mapping.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in US staffing,recruitment.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
