We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Engineering team as a pivotal link between our cutting-edge generative AI product and our clients.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to facilitate client success throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, and integration processes, shaping the future of legal technology.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor for clients across pre-sales, onboarding, support, and business reviews
- Provide white-glove support to Enterprise clients, enabling file integration through custom-coded workflows using Python
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers to understand client requirements and objectives
- Advocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance client experiences
- Translate business problems into practical technical solutions with a focus on innovation
- Strengthen customer partnerships by serving as the technical expert in relationship selling
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and sustained success
- Gain expertise in APIs, internal tools, and administrative workflows to deliver efficient technical solutions
- Communicate technical concepts, system architecture, and product functionality clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Foster seamless client experiences through strong internal collaboration across teams
- Develop novel workflows or integrations to address unique customer requirements or internal team needs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Python, and capability to work with REST APIs; familiarity with document and spreadsheet formats like PDF, DOCX, CSV, and XLSX is an advantage
- Proficiency in command-line tools and ability to work across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Capability to operate virtual machines and utilize remote desktop environments effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with creativity to deliver customer-specific solutions
- Empathy, team orientation, and an unwavering commitment to customer success
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in executive-level discussions and technical deep dives
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory; a customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges at the forefront of legal technology
