Senior Software Test Engineer (Remote - Latam)
We are currently looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer in Latin America .
In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of cutting‑edge web and AI software products.
You will design, implement, and maintain both automated and manual tests, working closely with developers to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
Your work will influence product stability and user experience while contributing to the evolution of testing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and quality standards.

Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and iterate on automated and manual test suites for web and AI applications
- Quickly identify and implement testing opportunities for existing and new features
- Create and manage test data sets for repeatable and reliable test runs
- Analyze test reports, document bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure using tools like GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with engineers and other testers to cover features not yet automated
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive work‑related information and maintain data integrity
- Support the team in embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion, advocating for respectful and inclusive practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience
- Strong programming skills in C# and Python
- Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright (2+ years)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Pytest, Specflow, ReqnRoll, or Cucumber (2+ years)
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, Linux, and Git (1+ year each)
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB)
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for effective communication with international clients
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
