Now, we’re looking for a Senior Service Engineer to take our customer support and tech operations to the next level.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Salary Range: COP $3,000,000 – $3,200,000 (depending on experience)

Lead customer support and technical operations to deliver world-class service for secure identity and payment technology solutions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering (required)
- Advanced English (C1–C2) — you'll interact with international teams, attend global trainings, and manage technical documentation.
- Strong background in applied mechanics , especially related to robotics and automated systems.
- Skilled ininterpreting technical manuals andprogramming logic for automated devices.
- Experience deliveringhigh-level technical support with a customer-first mindset.
- Strongtechnical leadership — able to train junior technicians and elevate team knowledge.
- Valid U.S. visa (mandatory) for training at headquarters.
