Control Risks is seeking an experienced Security Coordinator for major fintech client.
The Senior Security Coordinator will:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees or contractors in Colombia, as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Effectively use software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, databases) to manage information and generate reports.
- Perform other administrative and security-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Physical Security, with basic knowledge of Executive Protection and Crisis Management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (fluency required).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Slack, and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing responsibilities.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience working in a multinational company.
- Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with security protocols, systems, and procedures.
