We are seeking a S
enior Sales and Marketing Analyst
to optimize our go-to-market engine through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
This is critical in maximizing the effectiveness of our sales and marketing investments while driving sustainable revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle.
Key Activities:
- Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks for sales and marketing that measure performance across the entire revenue funnel
- Create and deliver integrated sales and marketing reporting that provides full-funnel visibility from targeted accounts through awareness, MQL generation, SQL conversion, pipeline progression, closed-won, and expansion revenue
- Drive speed-to-lead through analytics, reporting, and providing best practice recommendations
- Establish account-level health scores combining product usage, engagement, and fit data to drive retention and expansion strategies
- Develop and refine ICP models through data analysis of win/loss patterns, customer characteristics, and market segmentation to optimize targeting strategies
- Build ABM performance dashboards that track account engagement scores, multi-touch attribution, and account progression through buying stages
- Partner with Marketing to design account-based reporting that measures penetration within target accounts, stakeholder engagement, and account-level pipeline velocity
- Create account scoring models that prioritize high-fit accounts based on ICP alignment and engagement signals
- Analyze account coverage and white space to identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and net-new ICP accounts
- Lead analysis and reporting on all demand generation initiatives including marketing ROI, campaign attribution, lead scoring effectiveness, and predictive campaign performance modeling
- Design attribution models specific to ABM motions that capture the impact of multi-stakeholder, multi-touch campaigns on deal velocity and size
- Drive sales pipeline hygiene by partnering with sales leadership, working directly with sales representatives, and leveraging tools and technology to ensure pipeline data is current and accurate
- Identify critical data fields and requirements needed for comprehensive reporting, partnering with CRM development teams and Marketing Automation administration to ensure proper implementation and data capture in MS Dynamics and HubSpot
- Collaborate with BI team to design scalable reporting architecture and dashboards that serve stakeholder needs across sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Build and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards within MS Dynamics CRM and HubSpot to enable real-time performance monitoring
- Develop advanced reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, and SQL to support complex analyses and automate recurring reports
- Support AI tool adoption across Sales and Marketing teams to enhance productivity
- Streamline revenue-driving processes through automation and operational improvements
- Lead special projects that enhance revenue engine effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, hands-on GTM Consulting, or similar analytical role in B2B environment selling into large enterprise customers
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with full sales and marketing technology stack
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing strategies and metrics
- Advanced / Fluent English
