Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant and advisor for clients across pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews
- Deliver white-glove support for Enterprise clients by enabling file integration through custom-coded workflows
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers to understand client needs and requirements
- Advocate for clients within the team by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing to improve client experience
- Translate complex business challenges into elegant technical solutions balancing innovation and practicality
- Build long-term relationships with client users to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
- Develop deep expertise in APIs, internal tools, and administration workflows
- Clearly communicate technical concepts, system architecture, and product behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain strong internal partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints
- Design and deliver innovative solutions addressing both client requests and internal team needs
- Collaborate with commercial leads to strengthen client relationships through technical support
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python
- Proficiency in consuming REST APIs
- Experience with document and spreadsheet formats such as PDF, DOCX, CSV, XLSX
- Familiarity with command-line tools and working across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services
- Experience using virtual machines and remote desktop environments
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills for tailored client solutions
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication skills to navigate executive-level discussions and multi-stakeholder meetings
- Ability to explain complex technical requirements to diverse audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
