POSITION OVERVIEW
Origin 63 seeks a Senior Project Manager who helps to ensure quality and accurate delivery of CRM-related HubSpot services by the Origin 63 team while continuing to build and maintain positive client relationships.
They will help to ensure the quality and accurate delivery of services by the Origin 63 team.
The Project Manager will oversee and maintain a portfolio of clients, specifically projects that are complex in nature or require ongoing strategic guidance and project management flexibility.
Within those accounts, the Project Manager will work closely with Origin 63 clients, and team members including Strategists, HubSpot Implementation Specialists, and Web Developers to ensure delivery of services in a timely and efficient manner.
The Project Manager must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving Origin 63 to produce its best results.
Attributes should include a strong but non-aggressive leadership style, as this role will control the company’s use of time and resources.
A strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Act as main POC for the client and lead standing meetings and ad-hoc calls
- Handle day-to-day communication with client via email, phone, slack, or other
- Communicate both good and bad news to a client with tact and in a timely manner via email or in meetings.
Ensuring that all communication aligns with Origin 63 best practices for communication and is free of grammatical errors - Send deliverables to client, receive feedback and request materials as needed and in line with Origin 63’s 24-hour client communication SLAs
- Discuss out of scope needs for clients and consult with team to present a plan for additional budget
- Develop and keep up to date a detailed timeline for all project deliverables
- Organize and facilitate the adherence to a project or monthly budget
- Organize, attend, and participate in project stakeholder meetings
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Understand project deliverables and components that make up HubSpot Onboarding projects; be able to schedule and assign tasks accordingly
- Assign tasks to resources & ensure resources have all materials / assets needed to begin work
- Ensure team members are tracking time accurately in Harvest
- Ensure task deadlines are met and that project deadlines are on track with weekly updates on client relationships and project progress are provided to the full team in HubSpot each Friday
- Help the team to alleviate blockers by solving within the team or escalating as appropriate
- Communication to client and internal team members around key project milestones and day-to-day recaps where appropriate to ensure that all project stakeholders have the same understanding of the status of projects and any nuances required to service a client’s project or specific deliverables
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings including adding action items into our project management tool (ClickUp)
- Run daily standups and weekly/monthly sprint planning meetings with project teams
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and provide other admin support as needed
- Manage and communicate any changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to all stakeholders
- Work autonomously to recognize client or internal risks in completing projects (or deliverables) and work collaboratively with your manager and internal stakeholders to solve these challenges
- Support team in strategizing and approaching renewal and upsell discussions with clients
Vendor/Contractor Relations
- Facilitate deliverables with contractors as needed (may include HubSpot technicians, web developers, other 3rd party vendors)
KPIs
- Billed hours are within 10% under or over of the total budget
- Projects closed within allotted time frame (grace period of 2-weeks provided)
- 75% billable hours (up to 25% non-billable: time billed to Origin 63)
- Achieve a 5% upsell rate for booked revenue each quarter (expectation after first 90 days of onboarding)
Requirements
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) in a client facing role, managing technology projects as a Project Manager

- Preferably, BA/BS in communications, marketing, or similar field
- HubSpot knowledge a plus but not required
- HubSpot certifications in sales, service and marketing tools are required.
