We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead and oversee
B2B-related projects
from inception to completion.
This role will play a key part in driving business transformation, ensuring that all initiatives are strategically designed, executed, and implemented to support the company's long-term objectives.
Reporting to the
Director of Operations
, this role will work closely with the
VP and Commercial Leaders
to define business transformation requirements and drive execution.
The
Senior Project Manager
will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered
on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
.
Additionally, this role will be instrumental in
change management, risk mitigation, and process optimization
to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage all
B2B-related
projects from design to implementation and control.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, finance, etc.) and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for project communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, provide regular updates, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Business Transformation & Change Management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency within the B2B space.
- Drive change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and tools.
- Support the business in adapting to new solutions, technologies, and ways of working.
Perfo
rmance Monitoring & Control
- Track project performance, measuring success metrics and KPIs to assess project impact.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide post-implementation analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or business transformation.
- Strong background in end-to-end project management, including design, execution, and control.
- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, , Jira, or similar).
