What You’ll Do
The software engineering Principal balances people leadership with technical direction.
- Advocate for and manage direct reports, supporting their career growth.
- Co‑lead discovery and delivery phases with other capability leaders.
- Develop and execute implementation plans aligned with client expectations.
- Deliver high‑quality application code through pragmatic, repeatable approaches.
- Provide technical delivery expertise in new project pursuits.
- Advance the craft by sharing materials and thought leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a servant‑leader and people manager.
- Strong technical design and delivery background across multi‑pod projects.
- Excellent communication skills through diagrams, docs, and code.
- Ability to coordinate with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions.
