Overview How You'll Make an Impact We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Media Professional to join Epsilon Team in LATAM.
Reporting directly to the Director, Revenue Acceleration, you will play a key role in strengthening our performance strategy and growth capabilities across the region.
As a regional and cross-functional leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies across programmatic, social, and owned channels.
Your expertise in performance metrics, forecasting models, and optimization techniques is vital for growing our programs and improving client value.

What You'll Achieve - Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement advanced, end-to-end performance strategies across a wide range of channels.
This includes pre-sales management of Programmatic (O&O DSP), Paid Social (Meta & TikTok), and owned media strategy and optimization. - Optimization & Analysis: Deploy a consultive approach to the process of planning, monitoring, and analysis.
Apply data-driven insights, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative strategies to improve key performance indicators and boost ROAS. - Forecasting & Projections: Build, refine, and manage sophisticated models to accurately work with Operational teams to predict campaign performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation and flawless execution.
- Work with sales, account management, ops, and planning to build scalable client solutions.
- Data Storytelling & Reporting: Prepare and present regular, compelling reports on performance of key clients/projects who have a big impact on revenue.
- Client & Agency Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted expert for key clients and agencies.
Lead strategic conversations, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new methodologies, and creative approaches to enhance performance campaign delivery and solve platform limitations.
- Training & Mentorship: Educate and mentor internal teams on advanced performance marketing techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
Who You Are - What you'll bring with you:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with extensive hands-on expertise in programmatic and social media advertising, preferably with a focus on DTC (Direct to Consumer) e-commerce in the Retail, Travel or Auto industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep, hands-on proficiency with major digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (incl.
PMax, Shopping), DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus. - Analytical Attitude: A meticulous, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical experience with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Excel. - Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Capable of using storytelling to engage with and influence cross-functional teams and senior collaborators.
Able to manage complex issues and make decisions even when missing information. - Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish is required.
Portuguese is a strong plus. - Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally within LATAM.
