About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist to drive measurable growth for high-profile clients on Meta and TikTok.
This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute, optimize, and manage large-scale paid social campaigns independently.
Success in this role comes from designing data-driven strategies, optimizing performance, collaborating with creative teams, and delivering actionable insights that maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage paid social campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly ad spend.
- Create systematic testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance metrics to extract actionable insights for optimization.
Performance Optimization
- Execute daily campaign optimizations and advanced bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance.
- Build reporting systems to support data-driven decisions.
Client Collaboration & Communication
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and performance trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative and analytics teams for campaign alignment.
- Support onboarding and account setup for new clients.
- Continuously improve campaign management workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in paid social media buying on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience managing campaigns for brands spending $500K+ monthly.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bonus: experience with attribution tools, creative strategy, Google Sheets/Excel, or agency experience.
