About the Role
We're seeking a
Senior .NET Developer
to join our team.
You'll play a key role in architecting and building scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions that enhance customer experience across multiple support channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the
end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
for CRM applications — from design to deployment.
- Architect, develop, and maintain
CRM solutions
using
Salesforce (SFDC)
or
Microsoft Dynamics 365
.
- Write and optimize high-quality code using
.NET,
Java, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Set and enforce
coding standards
, ensuring best practices and code quality across the team.
- Act as the
technical SME
for CRM platforms, ensuring smooth integration with enterprise systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate
customer journey insights
into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead CRM innovation pilots and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and testing strategies to ensure system reliability and compliance.
What You Bring
- 8+ years
of experience in software development and at least
1 years
working with
CRM systems
(Salesforce or Dynamics 365).
- 2+ years
leading teams or projects in a technical capacity.
- Strong skills in
.NET, Java, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5
, and
cloud environments
(AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with
Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
, and tools like
Jira, GitHub, Confluence
.
- Solid understanding of
security, data privacy,
and
customer data protection standards
.
- Excellent
leadership, communication,
and
problem-solving skills
.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- CRM certifications (Salesforce Developer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Experience in
Fintech
or
customer support platforms
.
- Knowledge of
contact center operations, escalation workflows,
or
voice of customer systems
.
