About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with 4 years of experience to join our team in Medellín.
This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across multiple channels — with a focus on the U.S. rental property market.
You will work closely with our operations and sales teams to support lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand awareness strategies in alignment with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media content and calendars (mainly for U.S. audiences)
- Execute and monitor paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to increase website visibility
- Oversee marketing initiatives using a 360° approach (brand, digital, content, and performance)
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and propose improvements
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters for ad creatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, focusing on U.S. consumer behavior
- Report on KPIs, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
- Strong background in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with 360 marketing strategies (brand, performance, and content)
- Proficiency in WordPress and digital campaign tools
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of U.S. culture and consumer behavior
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Intermediate to advanced English level
- Previous experience in the real estate or rental industry
- Background working with U.S.-based brands or teams
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
- 1 day remote
