FULL STACK DEVELOPER
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications.
This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on development expertise, and proven leadership experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable software solutions and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor
a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
- Design, develop, and maintain
web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Architect scalable systems
, ensuring maintainability, performance, and security.
- Drive best practices
in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
- Oversee project timelines
and technical deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay current
with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to tools, processes, and architecture.
- Foster a positive team culture
of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1 - 2 years of Full Stack Developer Experience.
- Previous experience
leading or managing development teams

- English C1.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
