This role is pivotal in driving client success by leading strategic forecasts, ensuring seamless execution of strategies, and maintaining clear communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts.
You will advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and the Prophet system, and you will set high execution standards for the team.

Responsibilities
- Kick Off & Onboarding
- Prepare for and participate in kickoff activities
- Develop a growth forecast and build a growth map using the Prophet system
- Ensure data integrity and manage client expectations
- Build campaigns using CTC structure and best practices
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily projected targets
- Implement tests to improve campaign performance
- Ensuring and Maintaining Quality
- Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast
- Daily client alignment on forecast and strategy
- Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark
- Execute Prophet system within timelines and deliver high-quality work
- Client Communication
- Lead client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps
- Send daily performance updates and provide weekly strategy updates
- Ensure team clarity on requirements and deadlines
- Contributing & Growth
- Share learnings to improve systems and processes
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to future company content

- Fully remote with flexible scheduling and regular feedback sessions
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range
- First month: $2,000
- Second month: $4,000
- Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
- 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000
- This will depend on the number of clients and the quality of work.
