Join Visa as the Senior Director, Digital Sales in Bogota, Colombia to lead a regional digital sales center and shape our future sales strategy using digital innovation, AI, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
The Regional Sr. Director of Digital Sales will lead the regional digital sales organization to identify, develop, and implement sales plans with global and theater-wide impact.
The portfolio covers 500+ clients across 5 sub-regions with FY25 Net Revenue of 150M.
You will work with cross-functional teams to execute prioritized sales plays, set regional goals, forecast opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
You will hire, coach, and develop direct reports and supervise Sales and Business Development Managers.
You will conduct regular account reviews and present performance results to leadership.
- Stand up and oversee the regional digital sales organization; develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders across the company to execute prioritized sales plays and motions.
- Partner with regional sales teams to set priorities, goals, and targets aligned with financial and strategic objectives.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and deliver monthly sales and revenue quotas.
- Hire, coach, train, motivate, and grow the regional team; supervise Sales and Business Development Managers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members; set performance goals and measurements.
- Conduct regular account reviews to maximize sales efforts; present performance results to leadership.
- Present Digital Sales performance to Country Managers as needed.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales operations or Digital Sales/Demand Response with a Bachelor’s Degree; 10+ years with an advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
- 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
- Strong leadership with experience building and guiding sales organizations.
- Experience with outbound/outbound sales methodologies in Mid-Market and small business models.
- Strategic thinker with experience creating customer-obsessed sales strategies and performance benchmarks.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and liaise at all organization levels.
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and financial analysis capabilities; strong forecasting and revenue recognition experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment; bilingual Spanish/English (Portuguese a plus).

Work Hours
- This role is based in the Bogota office full-time.
Travel Requirements
- Travel for work less than 10% of the time; occasional travel to other Visa offices in the LAC Region may be required.
