Overview
As a Digital and Print Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions for both digital and print mediums.
Translating creative concepts into captivating graphics, layouts, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets that enhance marketing efforts, engage audiences, and promote brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Develop eye-catching and on-brand graphics, including advertisements, banners, social media visuals, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print and digital materials
- Layout Design: Design and arrange content for various print materials, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.
Create visually appealing for digital platforms - Image Editing: Manipulate and retouch images to improve their quality and suit specific design requirements.
Ensure that images are properly sized and optimized for digital and print use - Typography: Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography techniques to enhance the visual impact of designs.
Ensure text readability and alignment with brand guidelines - Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design materials.
Ensure that design elements, color schemes, and typography align with the brand's visual identity - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content creators, copywriters, and other team members to understand project goals and target audiences.
Collaborate to develop effective design concepts - Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Adobe Xd) and other relevant tools to create and edit digital and print assets
- Quality Control: Review and proof final designs to ensure they meet quality standards, design specifications, and client expectations.
Make necessary revisions as required
Qualifications
- Able to present work directly to the team and clients
- Able to take direction and design with little oversight
- Bring their own creativity, perspective, and rationale
- Communicate with the CRM creative leadership team
- Have print and digital experience
- Able to do their work on time
- Know how to use all Adobe programs (ID, XD, AI, PS)
- Knows how to use Figma
