Responsibilities
- Assist in buying/allocation process
- Develop reports on program content after receiving information from screening service for all prime-time properties
- Participates in agency training programs
- Negotiate scatter buys
- Maintain buys – confirm flighting, estimates and track delivery, secure make-goods and ADUs, request, and issue pre-logs and post-analysis
- Ensure commercial inventory is inserted into MBOX system, including estimate and package set up, issuing client schedules, managing inventory, overseeing changes, and writing/checking order letters
- Ability to turn around high-quality work on quick timelines and to proactively coordinate the workload with managers
- Deliver recommendations, execution, and analysis
- Main point of contact for troubleshooting and account documentation
- Point of contact for junior team members
- Manage and supervise biddable media campaigns across all platforms
- Responsible for innovation and beta testing campaigns
- Responsible for client communication and stakeholder management
- Responsible for creating PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis)
- Work on different/complete marketing funnels of biddable media
- Responsible for Quarterly Business Review and performance calls
- Understand campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
- Build and implement account structures & marketing strategy
- Proactively manage relationships with media vendors
- Independently plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms for assigned clients
- Create reports and actively monitor reporting to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively
- Communicate campaign performance with internal team and with clients on external calls
- Provide strategic program recommendations to clients to help them reach their goals
- Stay up to date on digital advertising industry trends, best practices, and new offerings
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications
- MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Communications and Initiative.
Continuous learning, Collaborating with others - 1 - 2 Years of Paid Media Marketing experience in agency marketing role
- Good understanding of channels and buying models
- Should have managed big budget campaigns in the past and preferably some exposure to data to draw out campaign insights and channel synergies
- Should be a certified professional in programmatic DSPs
- Knowledge on advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Media/advertising or related internship experience is strongly preferred
