**Overview**
**DESCRIPTION:**
We need a Senior or Lead Art Director: A hybrid creative who can both design and art direct with strong skills in compositing images and digital graphic design (typography, layout, and visual systems).
They must be hands-on with retouching images and designing campaign elements in various media.
AI fluency is required, with clear examples of AI-driven work in their portfolio.
Nice to haves: campaign concepting, experience directing other creatives, editing and motion skills, and mentoring younger team members
**We're looking for someone who has:**
+ Proven ability to produce quality campaign assets across digital experiences (site, CRM, social, OLA)
+ Hands-on experience creating and executing great commercial imagery
+ AI knowledge, with clear examples of AI work in their portfolio
+ Experience working across all digital platforms (web, social, email) and comfortable in all digital mediums (stills, videos, webGL, 3D, etc).
**Responsibilities**
**They can:**
+ Tackle complex, creative and product-focused projects across a range of mediums.
+ Contribute to advanced production efforts (CGI, AI-generated imagery, compositing).
+ Comfort directing talent and collaborating with producers, editors, animators, and other specialists
**Their portfolio should include (in order of importance):**
+ AI-driven projects
+ Strong design craft
+ Campaigns and conceptual thinking
+ Retouching and video editing
**Qualifications**
**MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Knows FIGMA and Adobe Creative Suite
+ Strong retouching / Image composting skills.
+ Comfortable working across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with many deliverables.
+ Strong time managements skills.
+ Proven working experience as Art Director
+ Management experience of a staff and mentoring junior creatives of at least 1 year
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop fresh and effective ideas
+ Must have a portfolio of professional projects that shows graphic design and conceptualization skills on 360 campaigns
+ Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
+ Detail-oriented
+ Guide, influence, and motivate others
+ Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
