A leading US digital media marketing agency is seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to manage key client accounts on Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
This role involves strategic planning, client communication, and leading a team of Junior Account Managers to deliver high-impact results.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 10 Amazon accounts, ensuring high client retention.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Seller and Vendor Central.
- Conduct audits and create tailored action plans for client success.
- Supervise Junior Account Managers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Lead bi-weekly client strategy calls, reporting KPIs and next steps.
- Resolve account issues and liaise with Amazon Seller Support.
- Identify upselling opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on broader client goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of account management experience (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central required).
- 2+ years in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- B2+ / C1 Advanced English (oral and written).
REQUIRED - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: agency or consulting experience.
About the Position
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST Time Zone).
- Full-time, 100% remote.
- Compensation: Competitive salary in USD + Commissions.
