We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Consultant with a strong background in the Pharma industry (ideally) to support our AMS operations.

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with deep knowledge in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes who can provide localized support during business hours across the Americas.

This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless collaboration with local teams and our global SAP organization based in France and India.

What will your day-to-day be like?

You will be involved in:

• Provide expert support and resolution for incidents, service requests, and problems within the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
  
• Lead and participate in troubleshooting complex production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions for SD and MM processes.
  
  
• Proactively find and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP SD and MM functionalities.
  
  
• Work on Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Minor Enhancements based on evolving business needs.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
  
  
• Participate in weekly operational calls with business stakeholders for the respective modules, providing status updates and gathering requirements.
  
  
• Document acquired knowledge to facilitate sharing and training within the team.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with teams located in different global locations, delivering on project and support needs.
  
  
• Follow AMS processes and best practices, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
  
  
• Prepare and present status reports as needed.
  
  

Do you have what we are looking for?

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of SAP experience in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay
• Pharma experience (FDA-regulated industry) is a plus.
  
  
• Excellent understanding of integration touchpoints
• Prior Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) is desired.
  
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both in english and spanish.
