We are adding a Salesforce Solution Architect to our Service Cloud practice.
Working closely with the Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with customers to understand their business, identify requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch solutions.
You will partner with our Artificial Intelligence Team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce designs, leveraging best practices and minimizing custom development.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and develop technical specifications for delivery teams.
- Drive UX best practice and oversee solution delivery for all aspects of projects.
- Manage all project and customer communications, including training and documentation.
- Lead enterprise‑level projects and exercise independent judgment with minimal direction.
- Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to build innovative Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project experience in technical consulting and project management.
- 2+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
- Expertise in designing declarative Service Cloud solutions.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven SDLC ownership and enterprise cloud deployment leadership.
- Full English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in improving business processes using Salesforce.
- Excellent customer engagement and teamwork.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Developer, App Builder).
Multiple certifications preferred.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
