We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce projects.
In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure all project efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
You will manage the implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for successful execution
- Lead and manage cross-disciplinary teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA professionals
- Supervise daily project operations, track progress, and address challenges or obstacles as they arise
- Act as the main point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Oversee critical processes such as data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure compliance with data security standards, internal policies, and Salesforce best practices
- Use appropriate tools and methodologies to track project performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate change management efforts and organize user training to support the adoption of new Salesforce features and systems
- Continuously assess and refine project management methods and tools to improve efficiency and project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Salesforce-related roles
- At least 3 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, Lead, or Owner
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more individuals
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching products or significant product features to market
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in project management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic settings
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or API-based systems
- Knowledge of data migration processes and change management strategies
