The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented manager with a deep proficiency in Salesforce to join our sales team.
This role is for someone who can help us reach Salesforce's full potential, drive efficiency, present accurate reporting, and ultimately achieve our aggressive business goals.
You'll be the bridge between our operations, sales, and service teams.
Ensuring seamless execution and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Salesforce:
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 using Salesforce.
Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one reminders, and provide skilled development within Salesforce and goal setting for the team.
Drive Salesforce Strategy and Adoption:
Act as the Expert for our Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud).
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and data management to improve team productivity and data quality.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights into team performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key operational metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with our teams to define and document business requirements, leading the implementation of new Salesforce features and integrations.
Data Governance:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce by establishing and enforcing best practices for data entry, cleanup, and validation.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver ongoing Salesforce training to new and existing team members, ensuring all users are utilizing the platform correctly and efficiently.
Required Skills (Please Read)
C1 English
Proficiency and Fluent English.
3+ Years
of experience managing Salesforce.
Deep hands-on proficiency with Salesforce
is mandatory (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred).
This includes experience with custom objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and an understanding of data architecture.
Proven track record
of improving operational efficiency and driving business results using Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Excellent communication
, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
or a more advanced certification is highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce configuration

and page layouts.
Familiarity with related tools

with a construction company.
