Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Developer / Integration Specialist to support and enhance integrations between Specright PDMS (Salesforce-based) and Interius (Azure-hosted) systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, API development, and Azure environments.
This role focuses primarily on integration development and enhancement , not just application support.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Specright , Interius , and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with middleware and infrastructure teams to build and test API connections , handling authentication, performance, and error scenarios.
- Develop and troubleshoot Salesforce Dataloader scripts and data automation tools.
- Create and maintain data flow diagrams, mappings, and technical documentation for integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues across Salesforce and Azure environments.
Platform Configuration
- Configure Specright workflows, templates, and user roles based on business needs.
- Optimize platform performance and usability.
- Support supplier onboarding , including portal access and user training.
Application & Technical Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for integration and platform-related incidents.
- Collaborate with platform vendors and internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Monitor integration health and performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
Business Analysis & Collaboration
- Partner with business users to gather and validate integration requirements .
- Document use cases, functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in workshops with cross-functional teams (Packaging, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Support knowledge transfer and internal team training for long-term solution sustainability.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Specright PDMS and Salesforce architecture.
- Proven experience with API development and integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure tools (Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Dataloader and Specright Data Loader .
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SSO, and token‑based access.
- Expertise in data mapping and transformation across enterprise systems.
Functional Skills
- Strong business analysis and documentation capability.
- Understanding of packaging data management or supplier collaboration processes .
- Experience in regulated environments with compliance or audit requirements.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently in remote, cross‑functional settings.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or Salesforce integration projects.
- 2+ full implementations involving Specright or comparable Salesforce‑based data systems.
- Demonstrated success in integration and API‑based development using Salesforce and Azure.
