This position is responsible for Salesforce administration, release management and deployment as well as management of sandboxes, including their integrations.
Some key responsibilities include
Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities.
Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and available tools within AppExchange and platform.
Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users.
Build POCs and UI Mockups to drive conversations on potential solutions to help the business users visualize the solutions
Work on design and development of interfaces APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.
Assist System Architect and support team members to address security and compliance requirements related to the setup of Salesforce platform and development environments.
Work with the developers and other technical leaders in Mulesoft, Java and Oracle to coordinate and design solutions that cuts across multiple technologies and processes.
Work with Senior Business Analyst for BSS to analyze the user stories, build low level detailed design after discussing with the technical architects, and then assign tasks to the developers in the SF team to perform their tasks.
Conduct code reviews and solution reviews
Provide solutions to recurring problems/issues proactively.
What you will do:
- Leads the development of the technology infrastructure roadmap and monitors budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Serves as the internal escalation point for technology infrastructure issues and acts as the liaison for various departments.
- Monitors progress and establishes key performance indicators for technology infrastructure goals.
- Conducts due diligence on technology products and solutions and drives infrastructure initiatives to clients, stakeholders, and management.
- Collaborates within a information technology team and defines infrastructure needs and business solutions.
- Leads complex infrastructure projects and handles configurations and technology solutions.

- Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Information Systems, and/or Computer Science.

- 6-8 years Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Pardot (or marketing cloud), Salesforce Service Cloud technologies Required and
- 3-5 years Java Scripts based development Required
- 4-6 years Writing Apex Classes, Building Reports in SFDC, using Data Loader, building LWC components, Aura Components and Visual Force pages, Customizing triggers and workflows Required
- 3-5 years Calling APIs to interact with external systems Required
- 3-5 years Leading a team of at least 3 software developers Required
- 3-5 years SF based solutions architecture, high level and detailed designing experience Required
- 4-6 years Agile and Waterfall methodologies and associated tools like Azure DevOps or Jira Required
- 1-3 years Using DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Git Required
- Licenses and Certifications
- Salesforce Administration Certification Should be Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer (2X) certified Upon Hire Required.
