Overview
Director of Talent Acquisition at Synergy Business Consulting, Inc.
This position is responsible for Salesforce administration, release management and deployment as well as management of Salesforce.com sandboxes, including their integrations.
Some key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities.
- Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and available tools within AppExchange and Force.com platform.
- Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users.
- Build POCs and UI Mockups to drive conversations on potential solutions to help the business users visualize the solutions.
- Design and develop interfaces, APIs and integrations from Salesforce to external systems.
- Assist System Architect and support team members to address security and compliance requirements related to the setup of Salesforce platform and development environments.
- Coordinate with developers and other technical leaders in Mulesoft, Java and Oracle to design solutions that cut across multiple technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with Senior Business Analyst for BSS to analyze user stories, build low-level detailed designs, and assign tasks to SF team developers.
- Conduct code reviews and solution reviews.
- Provide solutions to recurring problems/issues proactively.
- Lead the development of the technology infrastructure roadmap and monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the internal escalation point for technology infrastructure issues and act as liaison for various departments.
- Monitor progress and establish KPIs for technology infrastructure goals.
- Conduct due diligence on technology products and solutions and drive infrastructure initiatives to clients, stakeholders, and management.
- Collaborate within an information technology team and define infrastructure needs and business solutions.
- Lead complex infrastructure projects and handle configurations and technology solutions.
- Lead a team of engineers delivering consistent results.
- Ensure quality and maintainability of code.
- Align with leadership on priorities, architecture, high level design; work with team on low level design and implementation.
- Self-directed with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset.
- Perform proof of concepts, develop solutions and code, conduct unit testing, and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
- Lead testing and implement software, including code, configuration, maintenance, installs, tests, and debugs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, and/or Computer Science.
Required.
- 6-8 years Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Pardot (or Marketing Cloud), Salesforce Service Cloud technologies.
Required.
- 3-5 years JavaScript-based development.
Required.
- 4-6 years Writing Apex Classes, Building Reports in SFDC, using Data Loader, building LWC components, Aura Components and Visual Force pages, customizing triggers and workflows.
Required.
- 3-5 years Calling APIs to interact with external systems.
Required.
- 3-5 years Leading a team of at least 3 software developers.
Required.
- 3-5 years SF-based solutions architecture, high level and detailed designing experience.
Required.
- 4-6 years Agile and Waterfall methodologies and associated tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Required.
- 1-3 years Using DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
Required.
- Salesforce Administration Certification (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, etc.).
