Main Objective
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Role and Responsibilities
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create custom workflows
• Meeting with Sales staff to determine CRM needs.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce users.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Data migration when needed
• Create, update and delete records
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Years of relevant experience: 4 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Bilingual (Spanish/Advanced English)
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability
to solve complex software problems. - Experience integrating Salesforce with third party tools and applications
- Strong salesforce apex and lightning development skills
- Knowledge of Lightning (Aura and Web Components).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce
Platform Developer I & II - Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.)
- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
- Ability to project manage
