Job Summary

We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia.

You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate.

This role is responsible for deploying Salesforce platforms and programs, with significant client engagement and leadership to complete projects and execute Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with off-shore / outsourced resources for applications development, support and optimization.

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement Salesforce and Force.com applications and ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions throughout various projects.
  
  
• Facilitate meetings and discovery workshops with clients’ technical and functional teams to gather needs, requirements, objectives, brainstorm alternative solutions with project managers, and assist with decision making.
  
  
• Translate and map clients’ business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
  
  
• Provide Development, Testing, Technical Implementation, Data Analysis, Data Loading, Documentation, and Upgrading as it relates to Salesforce software and systems.
  
  
• Implement new enhancements including creation and customization of standard/custom objects, process automations, email alerts, and templates, inbound/outbound messages, and campaigns.
  
  
• Manage Salesforce applications and AppExchange tools.
  
  
• Create and maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, approval rules, workflow rules, etc.

• Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
  
  
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
  
  
• Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
  
  
• Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.

Work Environment

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.

For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed.

A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required.
  
  
• At least 3 years of related experience required.
