SALESFORCE ARCHITECT
THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Fractional GTM Systems Consultant – SFDC Architect
to support our clients in building andoptimizing their Go-To-Market (GTM) technology infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing system-level solutions.
You will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their GTM operations by aligning business processes with scalable, data-driven systems— primarily within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem.
This is a
fractional, remote opportunity
that requires strongcommunication skills, cross- functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategic Alignment &Discovery
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Systems Design &Architecture
- Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific GTM processes.
- Implement and managekey integrations withtools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
- Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement &Documentation
- Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and designstreamlined, scalable workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy &Reporting
- Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across
systems.
Client Enablement &Support
- Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisorto clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (SalesCloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
- Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
- Strong analytical skillswith the abilityto interpret and act on complex datasets.
- Proficient in Excel, GoogleSheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
- Ability to thinkstrategically and executetactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Architect, etc.)
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients.
- Knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling withinSalesforce.
- Experience with revenue intelligence platforms and GTM reporting methodologies.
