Role: Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) with 2-5 years of experience.
This role focuses on supporting sales operations through platform optimization, data integrity, automation, and reporting.
The position is fully remote and offers compensation in USD.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
- Create and manage fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, flows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support end users.
- Coordinate with Salesforce developers on third-party tool integrations.
- Maintain data quality and support role/permission management.
- Optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency across the sales team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its use in sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with flows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Security, Development etc.) are a plus but not required.
- Fluent English communication skills.
