At 8am , we are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration, design, and functionality of our platform, used across our organization, including sales, marketing, and operations.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you're not only certified in the tool, but also have extensive knowledge of API integrations.
You're a collaborative person, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals, and a creative problem solver who always strives to exceed our customers' expectations.

What you'll do:
You will be responsible for the configuration, design, and support of end users of the Salesforce.com platform.
You will configure profiles, roles, and permissions for more than 300 users.
You'll collaborate with other administrators/developers to implement best practices in Salesforce.
You'll manage integrations with connected applications like Marketo, Intercom, and OKTA.
You will maintain and improve the health of the Salesforce system in different environments.
You will provide support and training to end users.
About you:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required) .
Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning UI and API configurations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Availability to work remotely in Colombia .
