Sales Team Lead /Supervisor Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Aprende Institute


Job description

Sales Team Lead, es responsable de gestionar y apoyar al equipo de asesores de ventas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y estándares de calidad.

Este rol requiere estar al tanto de las últimas técnicas de venta y tendencias del mercado, realizar un seguimiento detallado de las actividades del equipo y proporcionar informes de gestión a la gerencia.

Además, deberá liderar procesos de retroalimentación y garantizar la precisión y actualización de la información manejada por su equipo.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Seguimiento y Evaluación de Desempeño: Supervisar continuamente al equipo de asesores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPIs de ventas y calidad establecidos; hacer seguimiento a las llamadas, correos electrónicos y contactos realizados por los asesores con clientes potenciales para garantizar la efectividad en las ventas; facilitar herramientas y técnicas de mejora a cada asesor utilizando el método de retroalimentación de Aprende, para optimizar su desempeño.

  • Capacitación y Desarrollo del Equipo: Liderar capacitaciones regulares y promover el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas de ventas entre los asesores; resolver conflictos internos y externos que puedan surgir, manteniendo un ambiente de trabajo positivo; mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tendencias de ventas y cambios en el mercado para mejorar la efectividad de las estrategias comerciales.

  • Gestión de la Operación y Comunicación con la Gerencia: Informar a la gerencia sobre cualquier inconveniente en la operación y proponer recomendaciones para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y los procesos; elaborar y presentar planes de mejora para el equipo de ventas conforme a las solicitudes de sus superiores.

  • Administración de Información y Cumplimiento: Asegurar la precisión y actualización constante de la información manejada por su equipo, garantizando la integridad de los datos en todas las operaciones; supervisar el cumplimiento de horarios de los asesores, asegurando puntualidad en las conexiones y el respeto a los tiempos de descanso asignados.

Experiencia Requerida

  • Técnico graduado o estudiante de últimos semestres en carreras de administración, marketing, negocios o afines.

  • Tener 5 años de experiencia en ventas de contact center, con un mínimo de 2 años en supervisión de equipos de asesores de ventas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con atención a la redacción y ortografía.

  • Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas, liderazgo y seguimiento de objetivos.

  • Atención al detalle, responsabilidad y proactividad en el cumplimiento de las funciones del cargo.

  • Dominio avanzado de Salesforce y Five9.

  • Capacidad para adaptarse a cambios y trabajo en equipo.

  • Orientación a resultados y habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
