Sales Specialist work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing activities, including face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.
How you'll make an impact
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Planning, developing, and delivering marketing strategies for products/services and associated brands.
- Evaluating, measuring, and managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment).
- Providing customer service and support, including information on products/prices and resolving issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, and complaints.
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in related functions.
- Knowledge of the energy market (mandatory).
- Experience with control and protection solutions for substations (SCADA and telecommunications).
- Knowledge of high-voltage electrical applications.
- Knowledge of the Mining and Oil & Gas markets (desirable).
