Job Description
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about growth, winning, and self-improvement in business and life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline using high-intent leads and smart outbound strategies
- Uncover seller motivations and structure win-win deals
- Pitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance options
- Close deals with confidence and urgency
- Collaborate closely with the team to get deals sold
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of high-level sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)
- Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive to succeed
- Exceptional work ethic – willing to work late nights and weekends when needed
- Proven ability to close 5+ deals per month, earning $3,000–$5,000 per month in compensation
- Comfortable working in a performance-based culture where compensation is tied to results
- Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills (Required)
