Job Description:


This position is only available for people located in Colombia


The Sales Department at Wersirius Holding is key in establishing stable and long-term business partnerships in the transportation industry.

Our sales agents play a key role in identifying new opportunities for collaboration, with both private carriers and specialized freight companies.

Our sales experts use both distributive and integrative negotiation strategies to ensure optimal conditions for our clients while continually bringing in new customers and routes.


The sales team constantly seeks new business opportunities and leverages detailed analyses to offer the best freight transport solutions, while working closely with different departments.

This approach ensures that all sectors of our company are actively involved in processes that contribute to our company's success which is directly connected to every single one of our team members.


Your Daily Tasks Will be:


  • Conduct cold calls and manage email campaigns to reach potential clients across the USA.
  • Present and promote our wide range of trucking services, both one-time and outsourced, to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
  • Track leads and follow up regularly to convert potential clients into long-term partners.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services.


What we are looking for:


  • B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset.
  • No previous experience needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Full-Time position: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST.
  • Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset.
